Do not return goods to Discount Fence Supply, Inc. without first securing a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code, any returns without a RMA will not receive a refund. Please email sales@discountfence.com or call 1.800.878.7829 to talk to a representative about returning merchandise.
Any returned products that receive a free shipping offer, customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to the customer and shipping back to Discount Fence Supply, Inc.
Note: Product must be unopened and in original packaging. All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt. All returned packages will be thoroughly inspected, and a determination will be made if eligibility requirements are met for credit, replacement, exchange or repair. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
If product is damaged when received from Discount Fence Supply, Inc. , we reserve the right to charge extra for the cost of recuperating our cost on the product.
All PRODUCT POLICY There is a minimum 15% restocking fee on any and all returned products. See below for more specific product return policy. If a product is damaged then and additional fee will also apply.

Electronic Product: No Returns. Period.
All orders are pre-payed in advance before any material is shipped or picked up from any of our locations.
All payment made by check that comes up with NSF or stopped payment on a order that has been received by the customer will be re-charged via ACH or e-check.
All orders placed over $500.00 ( USD ) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our sales representatives. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
All credit card transactions are taken out at the time of order and will be paid in full before any material is picked up or shipped.
You agree that, by entering into this Agreement, you and Discount Fence Supply, Inc. are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
